Hi, I'm Rianna. I'm a certified pediatric sleep consultant, postpartum doula, former teacher and school director, founder of SleepPRO™, and the founder of Sleep Consultant Design. I've been building businesses as a digital nomad since 2011, living and working across 45+ countries.
I help sleep consultants look professional, attract clients, and save hours they don't have, through templates, tools, and resources built specifically for this industry.
I've helped 500+ sleep consultants start, grow, and scale their businesses. This template shop is the design side of that, everything you need to look like you've been doing this work for years, from day one.
My background
Not a typical path.
I was born in the Netherlands, in Friesland, a stubborn little region that speaks its own language (Frisian). In 2011, after a breakup and losing my teaching job, I packed up my car and drove to Paris for what was supposed to be a three-month adventure. It turned into a life.
I ended up teaching in France, China, Spain, Nepal, Costa Rica, Indonesia, and Bulgaria. Became a school director. Led teams. Built programs. Started an online language school. Spent years creating a life entirely on my own terms. In Indonesia, I met my husband. We got married in Thailand and have been traveling the world ever since.
My path into sleep consulting was personal. I wanted to prepare for motherhood. For six years, I faced infertility, loss, and IVF. In those hardest moments, I found purpose in supporting new parents, through sleepless nights, postpartum recovery, and the beautiful, exhausting early days of parenthood.
Life took a different direction than I had planned, and so I did what I've always done: I built. I poured everything I had learned, about business, about clients, about what actually works, into helping other sleep consultants build businesses they love.
Then I wrote "The Sleep Consultant Playbook", I launched an all-in-one business platform for sleep consultants called 'SleepPRO™', and designed all the templates you can find in this shop. Everything a sleep consultant needs to look professional, save time, and focus on the work that actually matters.
